Nancy Guthrie hunt’s creepy update as close pals ‘maintain

As the seek for Nancy Guthrie continues three months after she was reported lacking, a new update has been shared.

According to NewsNation’s Brian Entin, the Guthrie household has allegedly requested Nancy’s close pals to not converse publicly as the investigation unfolds in and round Arizona.

“We’ve heard from several [sources] that the Guthrie family has asked Nancy’s close friends to keep things private right now,” Brian told Parade. It comes after her well-known daughter Savannah Guthrie returned to NBC’s Today present after quickly stepping down since her mother vanished.

“You haven’t seen a lot of her close friends come forward and talk about her, which is different than other cases,” he added.

Entin also pointed to rising unease among Tucson residents as a cause for the silence. He explained, “I also think people here are still nervous about the whole thing.

“For us overlaying it, we live in different states, however people who live right here in Tucson, particularly in the neighborhood, these sorts of issues do not occur.

“And the fact that there’s no new information and they have no idea who did it, I think people are just still nervous about the whole thing, which might be why you don’t see as many people talking about it,” he continued.

As the hunt enters its third month, Brian claimed not everybody has been prepared to talk out. “It’s been interesting to see who wants to talk and who doesn’t,” the reporter went on.

He then famous that Nancy’s church pals have been among the first to lift concern when she stopped exhibiting up and answering calls. “No one has said anything,” Brian said.

It comes as Brian is about to host the upcoming tv particular, NewsNation Presents: The Nancy Guthrie Mystery, which can air on the CW on Wednesday, May 6.

The 84-year-old was reported lacking on February 1 after she did not flip as much as her pal’s home to observe a livestream of mass. When she didn’t arrive, and pals have been unable to achieve her, the household was contacted out of concern, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said.

On January 31, Nancy has been at a cocktail party hosted at her other daugher Annie’s dwelling before being dropped off in an Uber later that evening. It is suspected Nancy was taken out of her multi-million greenback Tucson dwelling against her will in the early hours of February 1.
