Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard Mason Haynes dies at 52 in

The Kardashian household’s bodyguard has tragically handed away at age 52 following a street site visitors collision.

Mason Haynes, the household bodyguard of the Kardashian-Jenner household, died on July 4, 2026, just two days shy of his 53rd birthday. His family members revealed Mason’s passing via a GoFundMe campaign, stating his life was “taken far too soon in a tragic road traffic accident.”

They said, “He leaves behind his devoted spouse Fay, his daughter Brooke, his son Noah, a loving household, and a rare circle of buddies unfold across the world.”

In their memorial, Mason’s family members famous “hundreds of messages” had “poured in” from “people whose lives Mason changed.”

Mason’s household added that “everyone describes the same man” in their tributes, experiences the Mirror US.

The tribute read, “A man who made people feel welcome from the moment they met him. A man who would cross countries to help a friend.

“A person who never let a cherished one down and who noticed the deep qualities in people that others often ignored. A protector. A mentor. A prankster. An enormous in every sense of the phrase, with an even larger coronary heart.”

The fundraiser states that all donations will be used to “guarantee Mason will get the send-off he really deserves – a celebration of a life that touched so many people.”

It notes that additional contributions will “assist ease some of the fast monetary pressures that inevitably follows such a sudden and devastating loss,” providing the family “the time and house to grieve, heal and start rebuilding their lives, without Fay having to make unattainable selections that she may never have imagined she must face.”

Trojan Security UK, Mason’s employer where he worked as a bodyguard, called him “an absolute legend.”

Posting an image of him towering over Kris Jenner, with the text “RIP Big Mason” overlaid, the firm stated, “We wish to pay homage to an absolute legend in the Close Protection game. Big Mason. Gone too soon. Rest straightforward and fly high Brother.”

The Kardashian-Jenner family were among Haynes’ initial high-profile celebrity clients. He delivered close protection services for Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner and Kanye West.

Mason was part of the security team assigned to the family during Kim’s harrowing 2016 armed robbery in Paris, France. In addition to the Kardashians, he provided personal protection for numerous high-profile celebrities, including Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, singer Charlie Puth, comic Kevin Hart and rapper Nicki Minaj.

Beyond his close protection work, he gained recognition for establishing “Bodyguards Against Bullying,” an international personal-safety initiative.

During a 2018 interview with London Now, Mason revealed that he chose to pursue security work as a full-time career after completing college. “Initially, I labored with the Kardashian household, specifically Kim, Kris, Kendall and Kanye too,” he explained.

“Additionally, I used to be considered one of Kevin Hart’s bodyguards. Currently I’m Charlie Puth’s private safety, in addition to Lewis Hamilton’s, and lately went to Dubai with him and Nicki Minaj.”

When questioned about whether any assignment had resulted in injury, he responded, “Most prominently you’d have to speak about the Paris theft on Kim Kardashian.”

He continued, “Although I can not go into a lot element about that, I used to be a part of that team, and that incident was merely a set of unlucky circumstances which led to one thing unhealthy occurring.”
