The View hosts ‘take pay cuts as ABC scales back
The co-hosts of The View have taken pay cuts as ABC scales back spending on the long-running daytime speak present, it’s claimed.
Citing an unnamed source, Page Six said Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro and Alyssa Farah Griffin have all had their pay diminished since the present’s twenty ninth season started in September 2025.
Goldberg, 70, is the highest-paid host with a mid-seven-figure wage.
Farah Griffin, 37, who gave start to her first baby in February, earns a mid-six-figure wage.
The present’s wardrobe price range has also been diminished, it’s claimed.
The program has moved to a less expensive studio, and its annual Halloween episode has been canceled this yr, according to the report.
Product integrations have also declined as advertisers method competing exhibits.
The View premiered in August 1997.
The unique panel included creator Barbara Walters, Behar, Star Jones, Meredith Vieira and Debbie Matenopoulos. Walters died in 2022 at 93.
