“We can sit here and try to make excuses and say it’s because of the flight all we want. But at the end of the day, I didn’t feel tired. I didn’t feel crazy fatigued in the game and I felt good enough to go out there and put what we’ve typically put on tape,” Adams said. “We can make excuses all we want, but they played better than we did and that’s what I attribute that to more than the flight.”
So the Rams are transferring ahead, with their quarterback feeling prepared and their receiver declining responsible the airline.
Their coach would merely favor that the next flight include fewer time zones.
And no return ticket to Melbourne.
