Max Scherzer is coming again for a 19th season.
The three-time Cy Young Award winner has agreed to a deal to return to the Blue Jays, The Post’s Jon Heyman confirmed. Terms of the settlement will not be clear.
Scherzer, 41, told The Athletic in January that he was “healthy and ready to sign at any moment if certain teams call” however was prepared to attend until Opening Day to make his choice.

The right-hander now heads again to Toronto, the place he pitched last season.
