Kanye West is being sued for allegedly sucker-punching a man at the Chateau Marmont two years in the past, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles.
The unidentified plaintiff claims the rapper often called Ye approached his desk without warning and punched him in the face.The man claims the punch knocked him to the floor and he “hit his head and lost consciousness.”

The swimsuit alleges the rapper then repeatedly struck the man as he lay on the floor at the iconic West Hollywood hotspot in April 2024.
The plaintiff, suing as John Doe, claims the alleged assault and Ye’s subsequent accusations brought on bodily accidents and extreme emotional misery.
The lawsuit was first reported by TMZ.
