Von Scales, the husband of singer, entrepreneur, actuality star Trina Braxton, has died.

“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Von Scales, beloved husband of Trina Braxton,” Trina’s publicist David Robinson said in an announcement to BOSSIP. “The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers, but is asking for privacy at this time as they navigate this unfortunate event.”
Additional particulars surrounding Scales’ loss of life weren’t instantly obtainable. He was 58.
Trina and Scales married in December 2019 in St. Louis after assembly by means of mutual buddies. Their relationship was chronicled on Braxton Family Values and later The Braxtons.
While discussing their romance with ESSENCE in 2019, Trina recalled realizing she was falling for Scales during their long-distance courtship.
