There was maybe nobody more excited for Patrick Mahomes’ return than his spouse Brittany.
As the three-time Super Bowl champ took the discipline at Arrowhead Stadium for “Monday Night Football,” Brittany posted a video of Mahomes’ rowdy entrance and wrote “HESSSSS BACKKKKKKKKK” on her Instagram story.
Patrick returned after an offseason centered on recovering from a torn ACL and LCL he suffered last season, and the homecoming was triumphant.

The 30-year-old led the Chiefs to a 31-10 stomping of the rival Broncos.
He threw for 184 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, including a 15-yard dashing landing.
Brittany posted a number of images of Mahomes after the win, exhibiting her love for her high faculty sweetheart. She even took it a step additional and shaded ESPN.
In a separate Instagram publish, the Kansas City Current co-owner shared a picture of the network’s Week 1 picks, highlighting that analysts Domonique Foxworth, Tedy Bruschi, Rex Ryan and Mike Greenberg all picked the Broncos to win.
“Oopsies,” Brittany wrote over the picture.
From across the stadium after the final whistle, she also took a video of the scoreboard and added the blowing smoke emoji.

Before the game, Patrick discovered Brittany on the discipline, jogging over to her during warmups and the couple shared a kiss.
She attended the game alongside Mahomes’ youthful brother, Jackson.
Brittany, 31, has been with Mahomes since high faculty in Texas. They tied the knot in 2022 and share three children together — daughters Starling, 5, and Golden, 20 months, together with Patrick Jr., 3.

Patrick suffered a season-ending injury against the Chargers last season, which occurred to be the same game that sealed the Chiefs lacking the postseason for the first time since 2014, breaking a run of 10 playoff appearances.
He didn’t play in any of the Chiefs’ preseason games and coach Andy Reid didn’t consider the quarterback was prepared until a few days before their season opener.
“Going for the end zone, it kind of gave me that confidence that I can go out there and be myself,” Patrick said after the game. “I just wished to play. I had completed a lot rehab and a lot work to put myself in this place. I just wished to get out there and play. This is what you do it for.
“That was definitely the moment, physically, to say all this work has paid off. I didn’t feel anything.”
The Chiefs will host the Colts on “Sunday Night Football” in Week 2 before touring to Miami in Week 3.
