J. Cole Sacramento concert cancelled after fatal I-5 crash…
Rapper J. Cole canceled his Sacramento concert Thursday evening after a member of his touring crew died in a fiery crash exterior the metropolis earlier in the day.
The musician’s touring truck was hauling gear ahead of the present at the Golden 1 Center when it crashed and overturned shortly after 6:05 a.m. in Yolo County, northwest of Woodland, KCRA reported.

The wreck occurred on southbound I-5 between the Zamora and Dufour areas, with the overturned semi blocking all lanes just south of County Road 95.
The Golden 1 Center later confirmed the individual killed was a member of J. Cole’s touring crew and that Thursday evening’s Sacramento present was called off.
“Our thoughts are with the crew member’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time,” read an announcement from Golden 1 Center said.
The wreck occurred on southbound I-5 between the Zamora and Dufour areas, with the overturned semi blocking all lanes just south of County Road 95.
Ticketmaster consumers will get automated refunds, while those who bought tickets elsewhere must search refunds from their unique point of buy.
The concert had been scheduled for the downtown Sacramento area, which is house to the NBA’s Sacramento Kings.
Cole has earned more than 11 major award wins from more than 120 business nominations.
