Limp Bizkit’s Sam Rivers’ final photos show rapper in

Sam Rivers, the founding bassist of the rap-rock band Limp Bizkit, has handed away at the age of 48, as announced by the band on Saturday. His final photos are now hauntingly poignant.

The reason behind dying stays undisclosed.

The Florida-born musician’s passing comes just months after his last social media publish in August, a jovial update from London the place he was seen stress-free in the plush again seat of his automotive. “I hope everyone is having a great day. In London with my fav and and the LB Fam #limpbizkit #limpbizkitstyle #limpbizkitfamily #nothingbutlove,” Rivers penned on Instagram.

Since then, the remark part of the publish has been flooded with condolences from mourning followers.

One photograph options Rivers donning a black hoodie and matching tinted sun shades, alongside an unidentified lady sporting a camo jacket and green-tinted sun shades. Another snapshot captures Rivers reclining in a Maybach sprinter van, clad in a white T-shirt before a Limp Bizkit live performance, experiences The Mirror.

Rivers’ bandmates issued a collective assertion expressing their deep sorrow. “In Loving Memory of Our Brother, Sam Rivers. Today we lost our brother. Our bandmate. Our heartbeat,” the assertion read.

“Sam Rivers wasn’t just our bass player – he was pure magic. The pulse beneath every song, the calm in the chaos, the soul in the sound.”

The band’s assertion continued, “From the first note we ever played together, Sam brought a light and a rhythm that could never be replaced. His talent was effortless, his presence unforgettable, his heart enormous. We shared so many moments – wild ones, quiet ones, beautiful ones – and every one of them meant more because Sam was there.”

Their heartfelt tribute concluded, “He was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of human. A true legend of legends. And his spirit will live forever in every groove, every stage, every memory. We love you, Sam. We’ll carry you with us, always. Rest easy, brother. Your music never ends. – Fred, Wes, John and DJ Lethal.”

DJ Lethal wrote in a separate publish, “We love you Sam rivers. Please respect the family’s privacy at this moment. Give Sam his flowers and play Sam rivers basslines all day! We are in shock. Rest in power my brother! You will live on through your music and the lives you helped save with your music, charity work and friendships. We are heartbroken enjoy every millisecond of life. It’s not guaranteed.”

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Rivers fashioned Limp Bizkit in 1994 alongside vocalist Fred Durst and drummer John Otto.

Guitarist Wes Borland and DJ Lethal grew to become a part of the lineup soon afterward. The group remodeled millennial rock music by their hit songs Break Stuff, My Way, Behind Blue Eyes and Take a Look Around.

Their albums, Significant Other and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water, achieved multi-platinum standing, with 4 of their releases incomes platinum or larger.

During their heyday, the group was nominated for 3 Grammy Awards and gained a Billboard Music Award.

Rivers departed from the band in 2015 after being recognized with liver disease.
