Nicole Kidman’s current outing in Los Angeles is drawing consideration across Hollywood, with insiders questioning whether or not the public second was fully unintentional.

The Oscar-winning actress was photographed climbing into Michael Reinstein’s Ferrari shortly after touchdown in Los Angeles, just weeks after the pair have been first noticed together in Portofino. The photographs, which shortly circulated on-line, confirmed Kidman smiling and relaxed as she was picked up from the airport.

“Nicole has spent decades proving she knows exactly when she wants to be seen and when she doesn’t,” one longtime Hollywood insider tells Naughty But Nice. “When pictures like these surface, people in the business immediately wonder whether they’re part of the message.”

According to sources near the state of affairs, that message could not have been aimed solely at the public.

“Keith Urban was always going to see those photos,” another source said. “Nicole is still deeply hurt by everything that happened. Friends say she’s moving on, but that doesn’t mean the pain has disappeared. If Keith saw her looking happy, glamorous, and being treated well, nobody around her thinks that’s the worst thing in the world.”

The insider added that while Kidman is targeted on transferring ahead, lingering feelings from the breakup haven’t absolutely gone away.

Another source went additional, suggesting there could have been a private layer behind the extremely seen outing. “She hopes he feels a little sting,” the source says.

“Not because she wants him back, but because she wants him to understand exactly what he lost. After everything she’s been through, she believes he’s earned that feeling,” they finished.

Others don’t believe the image was staged. Some point out that high-profile figures like Kidman are regularly followed by photographers, particularly when traveling through major cities like Los Angeles.

“This looked less like two people dodging cameras and more like the premiere of Nicole’s next chapter,” says one insider. “The Ferrari, the airport pickup, the perfectly framed photos—it all felt cinematic.”
