Queen Camilla was gifted a Tiffany & Co. brooch by Melania Trump, however she stopped sporting the current after leaving the White House.

Camilla, 78, was seen sporting the brooch as she joined her husband King Charles on a state go to to the U.S. last week. The pair had been greeted at the White House by the first woman and her husband Donald Trump.

As Charles and Camilla said goodbye to the Trumps, Camilla was seen sporting the the classic brooch, which featured a diamond floral setting surrounded by rubies. It’s not the only reward exchanged during the go to, as Charles gifted the president with a bell despite an ungainly trade.

While Camilla wore the brooch, which is believed to be price round $40,700, when saying goodbye to the Trumps, she swapped it for a Cartier piece for her go to to Arlington National Cemetery.

The item featured each the Union Jack and the American flag. It was the same jewel worn by Camilla when she arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

It is customary for the royals to swap presents during a state go to. The Tiffany & Co. brooch was gifted to Camilla by Melania during her and the president’s state go to to the UK last September.

In return, Camilla gave Melania a purse by Anya Hindmarch and a silver and enamel bowl made by artist Cara Murphy.

During Charles and Camilla’s state go to last week, the royals gave a present to the Trumps, with Charles gifting the president the bell from a World War II-era British submarine dubbed HMS Trump.

The king said the bell was a part of a submarine which performed “a critical role during the war in the Pacific.”

During a particular toast at the White House state dinner, Charles described the historical past of Britain and America as “reconciliation, from adversaries to the closest of allies, not always perhaps following the straightest path.”

Referencing the reward, he joked, “And should you ever need to get hold of us, well, just give us a ring.”

Charles continued, “Our people have fought and fallen together in defense of the values we cherish across the ocean and from coast to coast. We have stood together through the best and worst of times,” he added, noting the “challenges we now face from those who wish us harm across the world.”
