Ric Flair files $10 million lawsuit against ‘influencers’ talent…
Wrestling legend Ric Flair is suing a digital ‘influencers” talent company he claims hoodwinked him out of his picture and likeness.
FAM Networks promised the 16-time world champion a six-figure month-to-month income that he alleges was not delivered, according to a $10 million lawsuit obtained by The Independent on Tuesday.
“What FAM did was simple: it waited until he needed help managing the digital legacy of everything he had built, presented him with a document he was not equipped to understand, told him he had lawyers when he did not, gave him fourteen minutes to read it, and walked away with a perpetual license to his identity,” Flair’s grievance said.

FAM is a “cutting-edge talent-first management agency and media company representing some of the most unique and impactful influencers around the world”, according to the company’s web site.
The 77-year-old Flair, whose real title is Richard Fliehr, signed in December 2025 with the New York and Los Angeles-based company, which promotes and finds company offers for its on-line influencers.
The two-time WWE Hall of Famer claimed to The Independent by telephone that he misplaced round $250,000 in income thus far and he needs to “bury” the people at FAM. The “Nature Boy” said he trusted the fallacious people in the take care of a company he alleges “overpromised and underdelivered” for him.
“I spent more than forty years building the name Ric Flair, with my body, my blood, and everything I had,” said Flair, who last wrestled in 2022. “For decades, to be the man, you had to beat the man. FAM hasn’t beaten me.”
The swimsuit alleges FAM was only after the rights to Flair’s one-of-a-kind NIL in the world of popular culture and that it took management of his social media accounts, re-categorizing them to revenue from them while making them a lot tougher to recuperate.

FAM, according to the grievance, provided Flair talking engagements and appearances, with 90 % of the proceeds going to the former WWE and WCW star and FAM pledged 50 % to Flair for “collaborative projects,” and 10 % for “passive content,” and to get his “hacked, demonetized” Facebook web page up and operating to the good thing about six figures month-to-month.
The Post’s request for remark from FAM, by way of emails to this publicly listed deal with, was not instantly returned late Tuesday evening, nor did they reply to The Independent at the time of publication.
Flair, who has been coping with some health challenges not too long ago, claims in the swimsuit that it only “the beginning.”
