Actor Timothy Busfield appeared in court Wednesday for the first time since being charged with a number of felony counts of alleged baby sexual abuse.

The 68-year-old Emmy-winning West Wing star stood before a New Mexico decide together with his fingers clasped, carrying an orange jail jumpsuit and exhibiting little emotion.

The movement claims Busfield “begged the family to not report to law enforcement if he received therapy,” and the lady’s father, a therapist himself, initially agreed.

Following Busfield’s give up, U.S. Marshals raided his dwelling in Highland Lake, New York.
