Kid Rock’s military helicopter video leads to

U.S. Army officers have launched an investigation after two military helicopters had been filmed flying low close to Kid Rock’s Nashville residence on Saturday, March 28.

Over the weekend, the 55-year-old singer was hit with a lot backlash after he posted a video of the incident on Instagram to his 1.8 million followers. In the video, Kid Rock – whose real identify is Robert James Ritchie – is seen standing in entrance of his outside swimming pool and applauds the Apache military helicopter because it hovers by his 27,000-square-foot property.

Kid Rock captioned the publish, “This is a level of respect that shit for brains Governor of California will never know. God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her.”

The two AH-64 Apache assault helicopters also flew over Saturday’s No Kings protest in downtown Nashville.

On Monday, March 30, Reuters’ National Security Correspondent Idrees Ali took to X and claimed that the U.S. Army said, “An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements. Appropriate action will be taken if any violations are found.”

According to News Channel 5 Nashville, the preliminary investigation seems to be centered on the maneuvers at Kid Rock’s so-called “Southern White House” in the Nashville suburb of Whites Creek.

Daily Express US has reached out to a consultant for Kid Rock for remark.

Maj. Jonathon Bless, public affairs officer for the a hundred and first Airborne Division, said in a press release, “Fort Campbell leadership is aware of a video circulating on social media depicting AH-64 Apache helicopters operating in the vicinity of a private residence associated with Mr. Robert Ritchie (also known as ‘Kid Rock’).

“The command has initiated an investigation to review the circumstances surrounding this exercise. The a hundred and first Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell keep strict requirements for aviation security, professionalism, and adherence to established flight laws. We take all issues concerning plane operations and their affect on the surrounding community significantly.”

Bless also told NewsChannel 5 Investigates that 101st Airborne leaders are still in the dark about the reason for the overflight at the No Kings protest.

“Our pilots do repeatedly fly routes outdoors the Fort Campbell space,” the spokesperson said. “We just do not know if it was incidental or if it was deliberate.”

Kid Rock’s video drew swift criticism from the general public, with many questioning the expenditure of public funds on flying a military helicopter past his mansion.

“Who wasted 1000’s of {dollars} in gas, upkeep and wages to go hover by his pool?” one person questioned.

Another user echoed the sentiment, asking “Why the f–k is there a helicopter outdoors your home like that? Isn’t that large waste of cash?” while a third fumed, “What a waste of gas. You are a tool bag.”

A fourth critic posted, “We cannot afford gasoline and groceries and our tax {dollars} are being spent to make Kid Rocks loser a– blissful.” A fifth piled on, slamming, “What a waste of taxpayer cash. Shameful stuff, Kid Kicks Rocks.”

It comes just days after Kid Rock was branded a “washed up loser” after he took to X to promote his new track ‘Til You Can’t, a cover of Cody Johnson’s song.

Sharing a link to the interview, Kid Rock posted, “Thank you @CodyJohnson, Ben Stennis, and Matt Rogers.” However, the post appears to have backfired, with the musician being mocked relentlessly in the comments section.

“Sit down outdated pebble,” one user remarked, sharing a resurfaced video of Kid Rock declaring, “You f–k with Trump, you f–k with me.”

“Loser. Skid Rock, Rock Bottom are just a few new names,” another person taunted. A third critic coined yet another nickname, writing, “You’re so boring Kiddy Rot.”

“Washed up dips–t. This publish made my day. I hope you lose no matter you’ve left,” another user added, attaching a screenshot of an article stating, “Kid Rock’s live performance faces cancellation after promoting just 200 tickets.”
