Backstreet Boys star Brian Littrell has discovered himself at the middle of a scandal after being filmed directing offensive slurs at a neighbor.

Kyle fired again, saying, “You cannot be putting that in my face, bro,” and “Get out of my face, bro.” The pair then argued about recording each other as Kyle warned that Brian was “lucky” he did not “knock [him] the f–k out.”

The neighbor went on, “You reached around me from behind my back, dude, I got you on video. You’re f—-d bro. You’re never going to – you bought a house next to private property.”

During the altercation, the As Long As You Love Me singer launched a homophobic slur at his neighbor, Kyle. “You want to be gay? Want to be a p—y?” Brian shouted. “This is what I deal with. We’ll have him taken off [the beach]. Public access doesn’t grant you public beach.” This prompted Kyle to declare, “You’re done for, bro. You’re not gonna get privacy. You’ll never get privacy here.” As the altercation escalated, Brian contacted 9-1-1 and subsequently tried to press battery prices against Kyle, submitting his video footage as proof.

Court paperwork obtained by Page Six reveal that the Walton County Sheriff’s Office has forwarded a warrant for Kyle’s arrest to the state’s legal professional’s workplace for review. According to the news outlet, Walton County’s Deputy Chief Assistant State Attorney Josh Mitchell selected to not suggest the warrant, citing a “lack of criminal intent.”

Brian’s legal professional, Peter Ticktin, spoke to local outlet WMBB, stating, “Littrell was assaulted by a hostile beach protester. A report was made to the feckless sheriff’s office.”

He additional commented, “The assault was awful enough, but the fact that the sheriff’s office is not enforcing the law makes our whole community one of greater danger.”
