Carrie Underwood insists there is “no beef” between her and American Idol visitor decide Nikki Glaser after followers seen an icy rigidity between the two during the present’s first Taylor Swift-themed evening.
Fans believed the nation singer wasn’t comfortable about sitting next to the ultra-Swiftie Glaser during the present on April 27, with viewers remarking on social media, “The tension between Carrie and Nikki is KILLING me lmaoo.”
Another added, “Very obvious. Esp from Carrie. We have the extremes of 2 women. Carrie, no matter how talented, ever since I saw her on American idol, I pick up a really cold vibe.” Underwood has since said she thought Glaser “was wonderful” on the panel.
Speaking to Cody Alan, of Sirius XM’s Highway Mornings present on Tuesday, May 5, Underwood confused there is “no beef” between the pair.
Alan said, “I’m like, ‘Do you know Carrie Underwood?’ Like, she’s never going to be a mean person. They want to cause a catfight over the smallest little thing.”

Carrie responded that she is “very used to that”, including, “I think she did such a great job because it’s not an easy thing to come sit behind that desk and try to think of constructive things to say. And I don’t know, I feel like she did everything wonderfully. But no, there’s no beef. I have no beef.”
The nation singer joined American Idol as a decide in 2025 after profitable the present in 2005. She has beforehand admitted the way it took her a while to get used to on-line meanness after becoming a member of the present’s judging panel.

One user commented, “Republican make up,” as a second added, “OMG! She actually has Mar-a-Lago face, yuck.” Elsewhere, a third asked, “OMG, what occurred…has she been socializing with the Mara-logo women?”
The term MAGA makeover is a recent phenomenon used to describe the drastic glam makeover undergone by women associated with the Trump administration, usually involving plastic surgery, heavy makeup and bold outfits.
Carrie has previously responded to backlash from American Idol fans, saying simply, “Boo me. I don’t care. @americanidol.”
