Harry is ‘torn’ between US and UK but Meghan doesn’t

Prince Harry is reportedly feeling torn between eager to live in the UK and the US. 

Harry, 41, left his native United Kingdom in 2020 after he and his spouse, Meghan Markle, stepped down from royal duties shortly after the beginning of their son, Prince Archie. Over the past 5 years, the couple has lived in Montecito, California, and has tried to carve out careers in the leisure business by beginning a podcast, showing on TV, and signing a cope with Netflix.

However, despite the Duke of Sussex allegedly feeling torn between America and Britain, it has been reported that the Duchess doesn’t really feel the same method.

Speaking to Us Weekly, royal writer Christopher Andersen spoke about Harry being supposedly uncertain as to the place he desires to live.

“On one level, Harry is content in California. On another, he regrets that neither he nor his children are sharing in their royal heritage,” Christopher explained.

Continuing, Christopher claimed that while Harry enjoys residing in California, the Hollywood highlight can depart him feeling “somewhat uneasy.” However, this is allegedly the polar reverse of his spouse.

“He [Harry] has suffered from crippling social anxiety. Meghan embraces that life more,” the royal writer said.

Currently, Meghan is specializing in her return to appearing as she prepares to tackle a small function in the Amazon MGM comedy, Close Personal Friends. She has also not too long ago launched quite a few holiday-themed episodes of Netflix’s With Love, Meghan and seems to have actually pushed her model, As Ever, sending presents from the company to quite a few high-profile celebrities.

“Harry has always said the door stays open to some type of relationship with the royal household,” Christoper remarked. “Meghan’s targeted on their life in Montecito, but he is holding out hope that he can ultimately divide his time between California and the UK.”

Archie and Lilibet last visited Britain in the summer of 2022 to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Meghan, however, last returned to the nation in September of that year for the late Queen’s funeral.

In the past, Harry has spoken about his family returning to the UK, but explained they will not do so until they receive taxpayer-funded security.
