    Kid Rock has sparked controversy on-line after a latest Fox News look.

    The musician, whose real identify is Robert James Ritchie, delivered a scathing critique of Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, accusing him of disparaging one in every of Michigan’s most celebrated landmarks before pivoting to comments about the Democrat’s Muslim religion.

    “I hate Mackinac so much. It’s funny because, like, if we win, this is going to be the like… the summer home. I’m just gonna be like, every time I’ve ever come here I’ve hated it. Why am I here?” he said at the time.

    Following his criticism of El-Sayed relating to comments about Mackinac, the singer shifted focus to El-Sayed’s religion, making a number of contentious assertions about Islam.

    He said, “We have to very careful of these wolves and sheep’s clothing, and to make another point, it’s like, I would implore Mike Rogers, my friend Mike Rogers to debate this man, and have him state on the record.

    Kid Rock continued, “Have him pledge allegiance and acknowledge we’re one nation under God, not Muhammad and to and name him out and what his e book says, , the religion they they subscribe to that it says there might be no peace on earth until everybody converts to Islam.”

    These statements ignited a social media firestorm surrounding the outspoken Trump supporter and El-Sayed, with critics lambasting the 55 year old musician.

    One commenter posted, “The people who voted for him do not care.”

    Another wrote: “What a F–king Joke.”

    A third social media user added, “That’s precisely why he hates it…”

    While a fifth commented, “I didn’t have Kid Rock returning to Catholicism (or doing Christian music) on my Bingo card.”

    However, some defended him, with one supporter stating, “El-Sayed exhibits his true colours and Kidrock is 100% right.”

    Another agreed, “That about sums it up.”
