Meghan and Harry in a ‘strong place’ as ‘each other’s

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry look like in a “strong place” as they continue to be “each other’s rocks,” a physique language professional says.

Ahead of the Duchess of Sussex’s forty fifth birthday on August 4, physique language professional Darren Stanton has detailed how she seems to be “truly happy” in her skilled and private life. Despite displaying some “nerves” during her early years in the Royal Family, Meghan has always maintained a “strong sense of authenticity and determination.” Harry has always helped alongside the method.

The body language expert added, “It tells me that they’ve grown stronger and stronger as a couple. Overall, I feel we are going to continue to see the pair develop, each as people and as a couple.

“Despite all the trials and tribulations, they are each other’s rocks. It’s clear from their body language that they are in a strong place.”

Meanwhile, Meghan appears to be thriving in her skilled and private life. However, Stanton said that she “has always been a very confident woman.” He added, “During her early years in the Royal Family, it would have been natural for her to show some signs of nerves or uncertainty – but it’s clear she had an inner determination and self-assurance.

“When you have a look at her public appearances, there are many gestures that mirror Meghan’s strong sense of authenticity. She often makes use of open palm gestures, that are key indicators of honesty and belief,” the expert noted.

“Even by her eye contact and tone of voice, she tasks herself very effectively – it is clear she’s snug talking in public and being round people.”
