    Miss Jamaica’s health status revealed after Miss Universe stage fall…

    Miss Jamaica Gabrielle Henry is on the mend after falling from the Miss Universe stage.

    The Miss Universe Organization shared a press release on Instagram Monday with an update on 28-year-old Henry’s health after the scary incident, which landed her in the ICU.

    “The Miss Universe Organization wishes to address recent speculation by providing a clear and respectful update regarding Dr. Gabrielle Henry Miss Universe Jamaica 2025,” Miss Universe President Raúl Rocha said.

    “Out of respect for Dr. Henry and her family, the Organization maintains strict discretion regarding specific details of her medical status,” Rocha continued. “We believe that matters concerning her health should be communicated only at the appropriate time and solely at the family’s discretion, or by Dr. Henry herself should she choose to do so.”

    Looking again on Henry’s fall, Rocha explained that he “personally entered the stage to assist her, coordinated urgent medical attention, and oversaw her immediate transfer to the hospital.”

    “I was present at the emergency room alongside her family, with whom I spoke directly,” he added.

    “I recommended a series of precautionary actions, some beyond standard protocol, to guarantee the most accurate evaluation, monitoring, and medical oversight,” the assertion went on. “Additional medical specialists were also brought in to provide multiple professional assessments and ensure full clarity regarding her condition.”

    Rocha admitted that “over the past four days, there have been difficult moments and unexpected concerns,” however “thanks to excellent medical care provided, each issue was successfully resolved.”

    “Today, we are pleased to share that the latest medical report confirms that Dr. Gabrielle Henry is in good health and nearing discharge,” Rocha revealed. “We will continue to communicate only essential information with professionalism, sensitivity, and respect.”

    Rocha concluded, “While unfounded speculation has circulated publicly, our full attention has remained on Dr. Henry’s care and recovery. We are grateful that she is now close to being released from the hospital.”

    During the preliminary night robe round at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand on Nov. 19, Henry fell off the runway and face-planted into the crowd. 

    Audience members instantly leapt out of their seats to examine on the fallen magnificence queen. Further footage confirmed Henry being carried away on a stretcher. 

    After Henry was rushed to the Thailand hospital, officers said she miraculously escaped with no life-threatening accidents and didn’t break a single bone.

    On Friday, Henry’s sister revealed that she wasn’t “doing as well as we would have hoped,” as the Miss Universe group revealed Henry would keep in ICU for another week.

    Henry is an ophthalmologist and the founding father of the See Me Foundation, which is a charity serving to the visually impaired people in Jamaica.

    She was slated to compete at the forty seventh annual Miss Universe pageant — which was gained by Miss Mexico Fátima Bosch Fernández.
