Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter ‘may have been pregnant

Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter Victoria was believed to have been pregnant just three months previous to her loss of life earlier this month, according to courtroom paperwork.

“Counsel is informed and does believe that Ms. Jones is pregnant,” read courtroom paperwork obtained by US Weekly in October 2025. The paperwork, which had been filed in Santa Cruz County in California, had been associated to Victoria’s public intoxication arrest the earlier 12 months.

Before her passing at age 34 on January 1, 2026, she was dealing with misdemeanor expenses of public intoxication and resisting a public officer.

The courtroom data revealed that she pleaded not responsible to these expenses. In the same paperwork, Victoria’s authorized team hinted at a “possible acceptance of diversion terms.”

The San Francisco District Attorney’s web site defines diversion packages as initiatives that join “eligible defendants with treatment, employment, targeted programming, and court supervision to address underlying drivers of crime and ‘divert’ them from the traditional approach of the legal system. Upon successful completion of diversion, defendants can avoid criminal convictions that may make it harder for them to stay on track.”

At this point, it stays unsure whether or not the Men In Black II actress was certainly pregnant when she was discovered lifeless in a San Francisco resort room on New Year’s Day.

Tommy, 79, filed for short-term conservatorship over his only daughter in August 2023. Filed courtroom paperwork obtained by Us Weekly listed the Oscar-winning actor as the petitioner and had Margaret Caron Schmierer set to be the conservator.

Although his request received granted, a choose finally dominated to terminate the conservatorship in December 2023. Just two years later, Victoria handed away.

“Upon arrival, paramedics from the fire department performed an assessment. The person was declared deceased,” the San Francisco Fire Department shared in a press release to Us Weekly in early January. “SFPD and the medical examiner’s office were called to the scene. Scene turned over to SFPD and SF Medical Examiners.”

In the assertion Tommy’s household launched following Victoria’s loss of life, they requested for “privacy” amid the latest tragedy.

“We appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers,” the household said through a press release shared on January 2. “Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you.”

The assertion signed off with, “The Family of Victoria Kafka Jones.”

Since her loss of life, X has been full of comments from numerous expressing their condolences.

“May she rest in peace and prayers for her family. Their lives will never be the same again,” one tweeted. While closely speculated, her reason behind loss of life has yet to be confirmed.
