Bruce Willis’ wife and ex Demi Moore reunite in his

Demi Moore, 62, and Emma Heming, 47, have united to pay tribute to Bruce Willis.

The pair appeared together on Wednesday, November 5, in Manhattan at the Soho Sessions to honor the actor, 62. The gathering featured performances by Keith Richards, Mavis Staples, Norah Jones, and Warren Haynes to boost consciousness for the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD).

Bruce acquired his diagnosis of Frontotemporal Degeneration in 2023.

During the gathering, Bruce’s wife, Emma, told attendees she “obviously wished Bruce could be here, but he’s here in spirit.”

When Soho Sessions founders Nicole Rechter and Greg Williamson approached her about organizing an consciousness live performance, Emma responded, “F— yeah! Can we please have some fun?”

She continued, “As Bruce would say, ‘Live it up.’ Let’s all continue to live it up and have fun.”

The joint look by Demi and Emma comes as no shock. The Substance star featured on The Oprah Podcast episode that broadcast on Tuesday, September 2, discussing Emma’s caregiving function for Bruce, Emma’s e-book, The Unexpected Journey: Finding Strength, Hope, and Yourself on the Caregiving Path, and her private perspective and feelings relating to her former husband’s FTD, stories the Mirror US.

Demi and Bruce wed in 1987, in an impromptu Las Vegas ceremony before internet hosting a much bigger celebration with household and associates. The former couple have three daughters, Rumer, 37, Scout, 34, and Talullah, 31.

In 2009, Bruce discovered love with Emma and the couple tied the knot. They are proud dad and mom to 2 daughters, Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11.

During an episode of The Oprah Podcast, Demi counseled Emma for her dedication in caring for Bruce. The Willis household first shared in March 2022 that Bruce was stepping away from performing after being recognized with aphasia, a language dysfunction.

By February 2023, it was revealed that his condition had progressed to frontotemporal dementia, a mind dysfunction impacting language, motion, and conduct.

She expressed, “There is no road map for how to deal with this.”

Demi additional said, “Obviously, being the ex-wife, even though our family is very connected, is an interesting position. So much fell on Emma to really figure this whole thing out, and the most beautiful thing, and she talks about this in the book, was recognizing the importance for caregivers that they have to take care of themselves. And if they don’t put that time into making sure that they’re okay, that they then can’t show up for anyone else.”
