Fox halt coverage for Nancy Guthrie news as septic tank

Fox News halted their coverage to share breaking news on lacking Nancy Guthrie as police started a search of a septic tank near her property.

Pima County Sheriff’s Department detectives have been seen by way of drone footage looking a septic tank behind 84-year-old Nancy’s home, with video displaying them in the yard opening a manhole over per week since the octogenarian was kidnapped from her dwelling.

The search for Today Show host Savannah Guthrie‘s mother has entered its eighth day after Nancy disappeared from her home in Tucson, Arizona, in the early hours of February 1. 

Nancy was last seen round 9:48 pm on Saturday, January 31, when she was dropped off at dwelling by household after dinner at her daughter’s close by home.

Her doorbell digital camera was discovered to have disconnected at 1:47 am on February 1, at 2:12 am the digital camera detected motion however the footage was not saved, and by 2:28 am Nancy’s pacemaker disconnected from her Apple watch indicating it was not in vary.

Blood spatter discovered on her porch was then confirmed to be Nancy’s. Police suspect she was kidnapped, and ransom notes with a requirement for a $6 6million cost in bitcoin have been despatched.

The suspected kidnappers have demanded that the cash be despatched by 5 pm on Monday, February 9. In the latest video update from the household, Savannah speaks on to the kidnappers as she guarantees they “will pay” for their mom to be returned to them.

Savannah sat between her brother, Camron Guthrie, and her sister, Annie Guthrie, in the 22-second clip. She said, “We received your message, and we understand. We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

As of yet, legislation enforcement has not recognized any suspects in the case, confirming only that they imagine Nancy was kidnapped.

Earlier on Sunday, February 8, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department shared an update on X. They wrote, “The Nancy Guthrie investigation is ongoing. Follow-up continues at multiple locations. No suspects, persons of interest, or vehicles have been identified. No scheduled press briefings. If any significant developments occur in the case, a press conference will be called.”

Late on Saturday, February 7, legislation enforcement have been seen looking Annie’s dwelling, the last place Nancy was seen before she went lacking. NewsNation’s Brian Entin shared footage from the scene, the place he claimed officers have been “starting to leave Annie Guthrie’s house after three hours” at round 10:30 pm local time.

Officers have been reportedly seen taking photographs inside the property, with a silver briefcase also carried inside by an agent. Annie’s dwelling was also searched earlier in the week after she and her husband, Tommaso Cioni, have been confirmed by police as the last people to see Nancy.
