Prince William noticeably absent as son fills his shoes
Prince George gave the impression to be getting ready for his future position as king as he stepped in for his father Prince William at the Festival of Remembrance.
On Saturday, Nov. 8, the 12-year-old made a shock look at the Royal British Legion’s annual event alongside his other members of the family like his mom Kate Middleton, King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
One of the most noteworthy members of the British Royal Family lacking in action was the future inheritor, William, who had just returned from a solo royal look of his personal.
As George joined his mom, he was suited up in a black tuxedo with a white button down shirt and a striped tie.
As for the dashing princess, Kate was wearing a black costume that featured shoulder pads and a white lapels lined with lace.
The household’s outing comes just days after William, Kate and their children moved from Adelaide Cottage to Forest Lodge.
The household of 5, including George’s siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, have lived in Adelaide Cottage for about three years.
A source told The Sun their transfer acts as a “fresh start.”
“Over the last few years while they have lived at Adelaide Cottage there have been some really difficult times,” a source shared. “Moving provides them a possibility for a contemporary start and a new chapter; a possibility to go away some of the more sad reminiscences behind.
“This is a move for the long-term. They see it as their forever home.”
