Country star defends Taylor Swift’s ‘cheesy’ wedding –

One of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding friends has spoken out to defend the couple after they obtained vital backlash.

Country singer Brad Paisley got here out in assist of the wedding, which occurred on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City after it was dubbed “tacky.”

However, Brad Paisley, 53, had Taylor and Travis’s again after he and his spouse, 9-1-1: Nashville star Kimberly Williams-Paisley, 54, attended the wedding.

Slamming earlier stories, the Remind Me singer called the event “one of the least pretentious” weddings he’d attended, as he told the Associated Press, “Ironically, [it] was one of the least pretentious weddings that I’ve ever seen or ever will see. It meant a lot to be [invited]. It was, kind of, a big thank you from her to invite us.”

Brad also shared that the invites have been like a game of “cat and mouse,” one thing he said Taylor and Travis have been “very clear about” once they despatched them out.

“It was really fun to watch the cat-and-mouse game of, like, ‘We can tell you roughly where it’s going to be, we’re not gonna say what building… and here’s the date. If you’re in, we’ll tell you more,'” Brad gushed.

“I went to my wife and asked, ‘Do you want to go?’ and she said, ‘Absolutely, we gotta be there!’ So, we did it; it was RSVP yes,” the famed nation singer added.

However, Brad did not take the invitation calmly, as he claimed the invitation said, “If you’re getting this, you mean a lot to us.”

Reportedly, friends weren’t given the location of the wedding until the morning of the event, even though it was extremely suspected that it might happen at Madison Square Garden.

Furthermore, they have been told that telephones and other good devices can be taken and locked away in a secure place until departure time. Despite this, pictures and movies still leaked of the venue’s inside.

Kimberly’s sister, Ashley Williams, also revealed that Brad and his spouse have been fearful about how they’d inform the time without their smartwatches and telephones, as she revealed to Pause Rewind, “Brad actually bought a watch because you’re not allowed to have Apple watches either.

“Brad purchased a watch so he may know what time it was.”
